Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Appointments
All bookings made through Stacey England Hair are subject to these terms and conditions. Bookings are automatically confirmed; however, the salon reserves the right to decline any booking that does not align with salon policies or availability.
Appointments are scheduled for set durations. Clients are advised to arrive on time to receive the full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to avoid delays for subsequent clients.
The salon operates from a private, professional home setting. Due to limited space, additional guests or children should not be brought unless they have a confirmed appointment.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment for services is required at the end of the appointment. Card and cash payments are accepted.
Service prices are displayed during booking and may be subject to change. Any updates will be confirmed prior to the appointment.
Additional services requested during an appointment will incur additional charges, payable upon completion of the visit.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to appointments, enabling the time slot to be offered to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in the loss of the booking fee or full appointment cost.
To reschedule, contact Stacey England Hair at least 48 hours in advance. Every effort will be made to accommodate the new time requested.
4. Service Standards and Refunds
All services are carried out to the highest professional standards and in full consultation with the client. Refunds are not offered for completed services.
Clients who are not fully satisfied may request a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of the original appointment, provided the concern relates to the agreed service discussed during the visit.
5. Client Preparation and Requirements
Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise advised for the booked service.
During consultation, it is important to share any relevant hair history, including colour treatments, chemical processes, or previous damage.
New clients, or those who have not had colour services in the previous six months, must complete a patch test at least 48 hours before any colour service.
Any known allergies or sensitivities should be disclosed before the appointment so that appropriate precautions can be taken.
6. Health and Safety
Client safety is paramount. Consultation forms may be required before certain services to ensure suitability.
Strict hygiene standards are maintained, and only professional‑grade products are used.
Clients feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of a contagious condition should reschedule for a later date.
7. Data Protection
Stacey England Hair complies fully with GDPR legislation. Personal information collected during booking or consultation is stored securely and used solely for the provision of services.
Information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where legally required.
Clients have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data at any time.
8. General Terms
These terms and conditions may be amended when required. The most current version will always be accessible during the booking process.
By booking an appointment, the client confirms that these terms have been read, understood, and accepted. For any queries regarding these terms, clarification should be requested before or during the appointment.
